About The Coaches
Jillian Hilt
Jillian just graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and will be starting Law School in the fall. She swam competitively from the ages of six to seventeen. Throughout her years competing, she swam with her hometown summer league team in Jackson, AL, high school team, and Mobile, Alabama's nationally ranked elite team CMSA (City of Mobile Swim Association). She coached the team last year and is very excited to be coaching again this year.
Sarah Long
Sarah is from Massachusetts and swam competitively for fifteen years. During her years competing she swam for her high school team and club year-round team. Sarah was the captain of her high school team in 11th and 12th grade and while she was captain, she worked one on one with many of her underclassmen teammates to help improve their technique. Sarah just graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts and is excited to be coaching the swim team this summer.
Tess Stepakoff
Tess is a PhD candidate at the University of Alabama. She is from New York and swam competitively for fourteen years. Throughout this time, she swam for the club team in her hometown, her high school team, and she swam Division 1 at her undergraduate college. Tess loves to travel to different countries and also loves to read. She coached the swim team last year and is excited to be returning.
